As a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and working the ticket queue by promptly triaging cases, answering end-user questions, fulfilling requests, and resolving system incidents in a timely and customer-centric manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and work the ticket queue by promptly triaging cases, answering end-user questions, fulfilling requests, and resolving system incidents in a timely and customer-centric manner.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Amazons Marketing tools and ability to support and maintain automated digital marketing solutions.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, execute data migration/cleansing projects, and take initiative to improve support processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams effectively, seeking to understand user experience and stakeholder perspective on operational processes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1+ year(s) experience implementing and configuring digital marketing campaigns. You should also have solid understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, familiarity with cloud technology (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot), and basic Excel skills.
Location: Mexico City, DIF, MEX
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
