Material Flow and Warehouse Expert

The successful candidate will serve as a Material Flow and Warehouse Expert, providing second-level support for Material Flow and Warehouse processes globally. This role requires a strong understanding of SCM and SAP modules, with a focus on ensuring seamless communication between Key Users, IT, and other SCM modules.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute trainings for MFW processes and cross-functional responsibilities.
- Take ownership of intralogistics processes, maintaining, designing, and implementing new processes and solutions.
- Drive global strategic initiatives on automation impacting MFW processes.
- Evaluate and change assess all Change Requests (template changes/Adaptation) towards MFW processes.
- Ensure proper integration with other SCM modules, such as Source, Deliver, Make, and their IT counterpart (MM, PP, SD).
- Ensure compliance with standards from other modules, such as Controlling and Accounting, for MFW processes: Physical Inventory and Goods Issue.
- Design, define, and implement MFW processes within the next SAP generation: S4 HANA & EWM.
- Lead the MFW community in Invite/Yammer/Corporate Networks, according to SCM guidelines.
- Maintain the process repository up-to-date with all innovation initiatives and new solutions available.
- Keep a regular communication channel with the global community of Key Users to ensure sharing of best practices.
- Expert-level knowledge of process mapping, SCOR model, and automotive industry processes.
- Advanced-level knowledge of continuous improvement, inventory management, and stock taking.
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP modules (IM WM, EWM) and documentation tools.
- Advanced-level knowledge of project management, quality assurance, and agile methodology.
English is the primary language required, with additional proficiency in Spanish, German, Chinese, French, Czech, Korean, and Hungarian highly valued.Education Requirements
An academic degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification is required.
