The IT Field Services Analyst will drive the implementation of FieldCore's digital programs for multiple countries, working cross-functionally with GE and/or FieldCore to coordinate deployment of devices, software, and training. This role will ensure a feedback loop exists for continuous improvement from the field employee to the software developers and training department. Key responsibilities include industrializing new Field IT Innovations, participating in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, and managing the resolution of technical issues identified by FC field employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Industrialize new Field IT Innovations to FieldCore regions and champion change.
- Participate in and coordinate FC's involvement in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage the resolution of technical issues identified by FC field employees.
- Develop, track, and maintain Key Performance Indicators for the Service Excellence team.
- Travel may be required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Systems or related field or equivalent required.
- 8+ years in either field service or information systems development, or 9-13 years of experience in field services or information systems roles in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of specialized/industry experience.
- Experience with development and implementation of iPad Application based mobility platforms for field service.
- English proficiency required.
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with guidance in complex situations.
- Ability to complete multiple projects within time constraints.
- Strong organizational skills.
Latin America (any country, if from Brazil, Spanish proficiency is required).
