Litigation Assistant Profile: Supporting the Litigation Team

As a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our litigation team. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Retrieving and updating case information from our system, ensuring timely and accurate filing.
  • Notifying attorneys and assistants of new case entries and maintaining tasks and deadlines to ensure compliance.
  • Handling tasks assigned by your supervisor, utilizing exceptional organizational skills to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.

You will be an integral part of our fast-paced team, working closely with internal stakeholders to provide excellent service and support.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal customers and colleagues.
  • Strong research skills to locate files and information within our systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A self-driven attitude, with a desire to continuously learn and improve processes.

In addition to your technical skills, we value individuals who can work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The position is based in-office and requires excellent English proficiency.
