Key Responsibilities
  • System Deployment and Maintenance
    • Deploy, install, test, and configure new systems to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
    • Perform hardware, firmware, and software updates at touchpoint level, including licenses and patches.
  • Customer Support
    • Provide exceptional support to customers on-site, remotely, and through proactive communication with our TSS Coordinator, SDM, and PM.
    • Evaluate and escalate issues, identifying areas for service improvement.
  • Knowledge Management
    • Develop and maintain knowledge articles for our Knowledge Management Database.
  • Compliance and Quality
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, including Health and Safety, Vehicle use, Expenses, and Environmental Health and Safety.
    • Comply with information security and data privacy policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise
    • Experience working with Windows Operating Systems.
    • Experience of supporting systems remotely and building PCs or servers.
    • 2 years of related professional experience.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and demonstrate autonomy.
    • Good level of Spanish and English.
  • Additional Requirements
    • Experience of working within an international culture.
    • Experience of working in an ITIL service environment.
    • Experience of working in Airports, Security, or similar environments (nice to have).
    • Availability to travel.
