Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Assistant at Bosch, you will play a critical role in providing executive support and administrative services of a confidential nature. Your responsibilities will include planning and performing a range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate key business meetings and events on behalf of senior management.
- Read, research, and route senior management's correspondence, meeting requests, and other time commitments.
- Perform other essential and related duties as may be assigned.
- Associates Degree in Business Administration from an accredited university plus 5 years previous administrative experience.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills required.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required.
- Advanced experience required in MS Office, including MS Project.
- Experience with ERP software.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Assume responsibility, initiative, goal-oriented.
- Interpersonal Competence: Openness, cooperation, management of group processes.
- Professional Competence: Continuous learning, flexibility, analytical/intellectual abilities.
- Leadership Competence: Ability to motivate/encourage others, charisma, attention to detail.
