**Key Responsibilities**

The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and respect;
  • Providing training and coaching to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest requests, incidents, and adjustments;

**Requirements**
