Job Summary

As an Infrastructure Compliance Specialist at Nuvit Service, you will be responsible for ensuring the preparation and support of IT operations solutions and services according to industry and organizational best practices standards, service requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

* Creating and maintaining accurate documentation of IT operations processes and procedures

* Performing routine tasks according to established processes and checklists

* Monitoring infrastructure and application services to identify potential issues

* Alerting and taking appropriate action to resolve issues

Requirements

* 4-5 years of hands-on IT experience in a technical or helpdesk role

* 4-5 years of experience with at least one infrastructure technology (e.g., UNIX or Windows)

* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power Query highly desirable)

* Advanced level of English language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

* ISACA CISA or CRISC certification

* Proactive and motivated individual with excellent teamwork skills
