About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to provide actionable insights that inform sales and marketing strategy. You will design, deliver, and present high-quality performance reporting to support business objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven marketing campaigns.
Your Expertise Will Make a Difference:
- Collect and analyze data related to prospect lists, marketing campaigns, customer behavior, digital presence, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and insights that inform sales and marketing strategy.
- Design and deliver reports that support business objectives and present findings to senior leaders in a clear and compelling way.
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting techniques to visualize trends in data and work with stakeholders to identify requirements.
You'll Thrive in This Role If:
- You have 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing context.
- You possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, with some knowledge of SQL (Tableau experience a plus).
- You are proficient in Salesforce CRM, HubSpot marketing automation, 6Sense ABM platform, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and have excellent communication skills.
We Offer:
A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
