Unlocking Consumer Insights for Business Growth

We are seeking a talented Strategic Consumer Insights Lead to join our Marketing - Insights & Foresights team. This role will play a pivotal part in maximizing consumer loyalty card and retail scan data to drive actionable consumer behavior insights.

About the Role:

This position will support an organization-wide Consumer Behavior Dashboard, empowering key partners with consumer-centric insights to inform marketing strategic plans. The successful candidate will collaborate with an analytics team to deliver innovative data-driven solutions, driving growth and competitive advantages.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality control processes for current and future Dashboards.
  • Support the development of predictive analytic models utilizing consumer behavior, transaction-level, and off-take retail scan data.
  • Monitor the performance of predictive models, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.
  • Craft effective communications for other marketing members.
  • Maintain good working relationships with peers within the End Market and other functions within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience with loyalty programs, consumer data analytics, and Power BI.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • USA Visa.
  • Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
