Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Category Planning and Activation Sales Manager to drive growth and innovation in our Mexico business. As a key member of our Category Planning and Activation team, you will be responsible for developing and executing selling programs that support our Category's innovation, distribution, merchandising, and promotional plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute category plans that drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with Category teams, Insights, and Customer Business Teams (CBTs) to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on category development and shopper marketing strategies
  • Lead the delivery of category dashboards and fundamentals, and recommend corrective actions to ensure targets are met
  • Ongoing assessment of critical baseline volume opportunities and risks, and lead initiatives to optimize category performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in category development, key accounts, and market insight analysis
  • A future-focused mindset, with a desire to drive growth and innovation
  • Excellent analytical and business acumen skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
  • English language proficiency at an advanced level
