Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Control Manager to join our team at John Wood Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project control function across our operating units, ensuring compliance with procedures, processes, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the project control function across the operating unit, including planning and scheduling, post-tender estimating, cost management, and risk analysis.
- Ensure all projects comply with the set procedures, processes, and guidelines.
- Identify and audit high-risk projects, proposing corrective actions or axes of improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement and collect good practices across projects.
- Recruit and select, performance manage, and develop project control resources.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree in a relevant field, preferred Masters degree.
- Experience: At least 12 years of relevant professional experience, including experience leading and managing others.
- Skills: Advanced level of expertise across all disciplines of project controls, good understanding of project management principles, and excellent communication skills.
