At Media.Monks MX, we are seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives. This position requires a keen analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments to streamline processes and support informed decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of business workflows and data to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and efficiency improvements.
  • Assist in the formulation and validation of budgets for significant accounts and new ventures, providing analytical insights to foster growth-oriented decisions for the Local Portfolios in Mexico.
  • Engage with diverse teams to ascertain business requirements and deliver analytical support for strategic decision-making.
  • Recommend fee negotiations and optimal team configurations to maximize resource utilization across different capabilities.
  • Oversee payment processes and billing to ensure precise financial oversight.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and production details.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of operational strategies aimed at enhancing business performance and promoting sustainable growth.
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise project workflows and proactively identify potential challenges or risks.
  • Monitor and assess the internal health of the business.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an agency or digital marketing consultancy, focusing on Operations or Project Management.
  • Proficient in budget management and project oversight.
  • Familiarity with key account management and new business operations.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
