  • Accountable for the industrial delivery (end to end) for the business lines.
  • Accountable for the capability to deliver industrialization/preparation for production, planning, procurement, production, and shipping to the agreed customer at each industrial site.
  • Leads the activities covered by the industrial job family (Industrial Supply Chain, Technologies in Manufacturing, production planning, Integration/Test/Repair, Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement, I4.0/Digital) ensuring the readiness to deliver customer demand at region/country level.
  • Defines the Industrialization strategy for Operational Make/Team/Buy decisions.
  • Accountable for the overall performance of the industrial capability.
  • Accountable for use, selection, maintenance, development, and support of Industrial tools.
  • Leader in transformation, Digital Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement culture.
  • Represents Industrial Operations as point of escalation for any reviews/gates that use multi-entity resource or capability.
  • Accountable for the design and deployment of the industrial/supply chain strategy to meet the strategic needs of the business lines as defined by MTIP's.
  • Accountable for the central manufacturing costs and budget and acts as responsible director for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain cost perimeter.
  • Responsible for the strict adherence to current certifications/regulations.
  • Responsible for the strict adherence to current regulations in terms of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).

Requirements:

  • Essential Min. 10 years' experience in senior operational or industrial role.
  • Management of complex, multi-discipline teams.
  • Experience of complex manufacturing environments and supply chains.
  • Experience/understanding of total supply chain disciplines (Manufacturing Engineering(IPE), Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality Assurance, Logistics/Delivery).
  • Demonstrable success leading and developing diverse teams.
  • Transformation management expertise.
  • Experience of Industry 4.0 implementation or strategic development.
  • Desirable Experience in full lifecycle of product (bid-design-development-production-delivery-service).
  • Experience within world-class similar industrial activity.
  • Multi-segment manufacturing (low/medium/high volume).
