About Park Hyatt Los Cabos Hotel & Residences
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to ensure efficient operation and compliance with international guidelines in our Human Resources Department. This role will play a crucial part in optimizing resources, fostering a positive work environment, and adhering to company policies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Enforce adherence to Company Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain strict implementation of government stipulated employee legislation.
- Secure and maintain personnel files, both domestic and foreign.
- Attend Departmental Communication Boards.
- Support service excellence by recruiting and training staff for exceptional guest service.
- Foster professional, courteous, and caring service among HR staff for internal customers and visitors.
- Monitor MEDALLIA results to detect areas for training, turnover, retention, recruitment, and selection.
- Assist in maintaining efficient staffing and payroll levels through collaboration with Divisional/Departmental heads.
- Develop the department's annual budget and oversee month-to-month expense control and forecast management.
- Analyze productivity indices, monthly turnover, and vacation reporting.
- Define departmental Scoreboard goals, verify follow-up, and achievement of these goals, providing feedback to the team.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a directive position.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in luxury hotels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels of management.
- Leadership ability and behavior consistent with our core values.
Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is $72,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
