About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Analyst to join our dynamic Mexico research team. As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the full project life cycle, from set-up through client presentations, and working with sales and internal operations. You will help clients with everything from ad concept testing to ad pre-testing, as well as campaign evaluations, pack testing, brand tracking, segmentation, shopper research, etc.

Position Expectations:
  • Independently manage research studies across a variety of methodologies and complexities.
  • Develop survey questionnaires and analysis plans, provide insightful, actionable reports to the client, and be able to deliver presentations.
  • Work together with Project Managers and Operations for deployment and execution, while maintaining overall management of project timelines.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal partners and external clients.
  • Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
  • A self-starter with a proven ability to identify problems and determine the appropriate path to resolution.
Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related industry experience.
  • Previous experience in various research methodologies, for example: ad concept testing, ad pre-testing, campaign evaluations, pack testing, brand tracking, segmentation, shopper research, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in questionnaire design, analysis, and project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal partners and external clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize own workload.
  • A self-starter with a proven ability to identify problems and determine the appropriate path to resolution.
  • Proficient in expressing him/herself perfectly in Spanish and has Advanced English, both verbally and in writing.
