Role Overview

You will be integrated into one of our specialized teams, collaborating closely with clients to address their business inquiries through the delivery of high-quality research grounded in credible sources and robust methodologies. The topics you will engage with will vary significantly, providing both challenges and opportunities for professional growth. You will receive support from your managers, Professional Development Coach, and colleagues to enhance your skills and achieve your career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough scoping for intricate research projects and develop comprehensive business analyses.
  • Identify issues and propose methodologies tailored to business needs.
  • Perform extensive desk research utilizing a variety of publicly accessible sources and databases.
  • Master data collection techniques across different industries and regions.
  • Integrate diverse research methodologies to generate actionable insights.
  • Articulate executive summaries based on the data collected.
  • Leverage data to craft compelling narratives that address client inquiries.
  • Enhance the design of research tools and materials, such as surveys and discussion guides.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while adhering to deadlines.
  • Uphold high service standards and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to identify acceptable solutions to challenges.
  • Maintain an autonomous work structure while implementing best practices in research analysis.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Share expertise in specialized fields and contribute to team development.
  • Provide constructive feedback during evaluation cycles and identify team training needs.
  • Participate in internal development initiatives at Infomineo.

Candidate Profile

Educational Background & Language Proficiency:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or professional certification in a similar discipline is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a research-oriented role (consulting, data analysis, market research, etc.).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in an additional language is a plus (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic).
