About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Business Analyst to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our Digital Technology team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Treasury projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: You will work closely with our Treasury, Finance, and corporate/business unit teams to analyze and define requirements for digital projects that enable our organization.
- Business Analysis: You will gather business, user, and system/process requirements to develop technical solutions and ensure business success, while meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Process Improvement: You will act as a bridge between business ideas and business capabilities, defining, analyzing, and documenting business processes and solutions based on customer needs, data analysis, user stories, and stakeholder feedback.
- Agile Support: You will work as a Product owner and drive Agile teams with the right set of deliverables, creating Agile documentation – Epic, User stories, Sprint backlogs, User testing support.
- Functional Assistance: You will provide functional assistance for the apps and systems at Carrier, supporting Digital and Treasury teams.
- Change Management: You will support change management activities related to enterprise application projects.
- Supplier Partnerships: You will partner with our software and service suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
- Operations Support: You will support ongoing operations to ensure enterprise applications are performing as expected and meeting business requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field with 5+ years of experience, or 3+ years in Treasury/Finance for a large organization or working for any financial institution.
- Language Skills: Adequate English level to handle fluent and assertive conversations across global teams.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Treasury, Finance, and/or other corporate system implementations, knowledge of Treasury functions (FX, Trading, Derivatives, Cash Management, Payments and Wires – ISO payments, Intercompany loans, Cash pools, etc.), and hands-on experience with creating Agile artifacts, Documents, Process maps from scratch.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, experience working with decision makers in a fast-paced, matrixed company, action-oriented and results-driven, detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive, with a good understanding of system design and business strategy.
