Are you ready to embark on a thrilling career adventure in the vibrant city of Mexico? Ten Lifestyle Group, a global leader in luxury concierge services, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated German-speaking Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team in Mexico City.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our premium clients, providing personalized travel solutions, and exceeding their expectations. Your expertise will be invaluable in crafting bespoke travel itineraries, managing complex travel requests, and ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert travel advice to clients in German, English, and French, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer requests from offer preparation to billing, covering various aspects such as restaurant reservations, gift organization, ticket procurement, and more.
  • Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies, leveraging your knowledge of the travel industry.
  • Prepare tailored travel documents, create itineraries, obtain visas, and handle administrative tasks.
  • Act as a mediator, resolving issues with passion and dedication.
  • Drive sales of promotions and exclusive events, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Hold a tertiary qualification or equivalent training, preferably in the field of tourism.
  • Possess several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator, or a travel agency.
  • Be proficient in GDS systems, preferably Amadeus, and have extensive destination knowledge.
  • Speak German and English fluently, both written and spoken, with additional language skills a plus.
  • Have a strong passion for travel, luxury lifestyle, gastronomy, events, and culture.
  • Be service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
