Unison Product Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Unison Product Support Engineer to join our team at LM Wind Power / GE. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our electrical products.
Key Responsibilities- Hardware Ownership and Reliability: Identify and track in-service reliability of hardware, determine need for repair or product improvements, and develop and own field control programs.
- Customer Support and Communication: Provide technical guidance to customers, develop field action plans to anticipate and fix field problems, and ensure proper documentation of technical data generated for assigned projects and/or tasks.
- Technical Expertise and Leadership: Lead Root Cause Investigations, monitor and communicate project status, business issues, and significant developments to internal and external customers, and lead or participate in organizational efforts in assigned projects and/or tasks.
- Education and Experience: BS degree or master's degree or PhD degree in a related field with experience relevant to indicated position areas of expertise and knowledge of related disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics.
- Technical Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of aviation engines accessories, including electrical harnesses, sensors, exciters, and experience on Engine hardware or Components, and/or Engine Systems troubleshooting.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide and influence others, and demonstrated business technical written and oral communication skills in English.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Project Management Skills: Established project management skills, and experience on Aircraft Line Maintenance and Failure Analysis/resolution methods.
