About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to develop and deliver a pipeline of qualified leads to fuel the funnel for our MSP segment. As a key member of our revenue marketing team, you will be responsible for full funnel targets, from Leads, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Accepted Leads (SALs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and Sales-Ready Leads (S1s).

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs to acquire new business across a wide variety of channels online and offline.
  • Partner with our Sales qualification team to ensure lead volume and quality.
  • Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes in conjunction with your Marketing Operations partners.
  • Manage demand generation campaigns for evergreen, always-on programs.
  • Support events and virtual events execution to drive sales pipeline.
  • Partner internally with marketing to ensure we have the right quarterly campaign plans in place to hit our pipeline targets.
  • Closely monitor conversion rates and optimize campaigns at each stage of the funnel.
  • Manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets.
  • Execute A/B tests, collect and analyze data, and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Regularly report out on the performance of our customer acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of demand generation experience.
  • Experience implementing a range of demand generation programs, from self-service to enterprise sales.
  • Experience partnering with BDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along the buyer's journey.
  • Hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines.
  • A high degree of self-awareness with highly developed emotional intelligence.
  • Passion for trying new things and a strong drive towards solution-oriented problem solving.
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, including agencies and contractors.
  • Bonus: Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Bonus: Experience working with the MSP market.
