We are seeking an exceptional individual who excels at building relationships and negotiating to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will have the ability to qualify potential clients, present investment opportunities, and overcome objections to successfully close deals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong phone skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A real estate or investment background is preferred, but not required.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for tracking sales activities, managing client leads, and working closely with our team to achieve our goals.
We offer a competitive salary of $ **85,000 per year**, plus a performance-based bonus of 1% commission on all disposition deals closed. This means that if you bring in a deal worth $200,000, you will earn a $2,000 bonus paid on the following pay cycle after closing.
To succeed in this role, you must be a team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. If you enjoy helping people and being part of a fast-paced sales environment, we encourage you to apply.
