Senior Sales Manager for Hydrogen and Power to X

**About the Role**
As a Senior Sales Manager for Hydrogen and Power to X, you will be responsible for driving and leading customer interactions throughout the development of potential sales opportunities. This will involve developing and implementing robust sales strategies to secure project orders. You will lead a dedicated opportunity team, ensuring our company's goals are aligned with our customer's needs. You will lead discussions and efforts with both the customer and our internal teams, employing creative approaches to finalize profitable deals while identifying and mitigating risks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, prioritize, and lead project opportunities to secure orders.
- Consult with business development teams to assess the viability of leads and allocate resources accordingly.
- Develop competence throughout different Siemens Energy sales organizations about the SES portfolio.
- Drive key discussions and form relationships with senior customer representatives.
**Requirements**
- Experienced professional with more than 10 years of experience.
- 5 years of proven experience in Technical Sales, Bid Management or Business Development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, Business Administration, or Sales.
- Customer facing experience.
