Job Overview:
- You will report directly to the Customer Service Operations Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication platforms.
- Gather insightful feedback from customers to refine their shopping journey and relay this information to the management team.
- Assist in overseeing the Operations Team, which includes responsibilities for recruitment, coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
- Support aftersales goals and maintain robust communication with retail locations to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Lead initiatives for development to guarantee that customers engage with approachable and knowledgeable personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in customer service within a dynamic retail setting.
- A strong commitment to customer loyalty and a passion for home furnishings and service excellence.
- Proficient communication skills in English, emphasizing problem-solving, coaching, and relationship building.
- A self-driven, empathetic, and customer-focused individual with the ability to prioritize customer needs effectively.
