Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager position is a critical role within AIG's Claims Contact Center, responsible for leading a team of customer service agents and supervisors in providing exceptional service to internal and external clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations and interactions comply with company and local government rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Staff management: Direct and manage teams of customer service agents and supervisors to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service to clients.
- Monitor KPIs through management systems to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide ongoing training for staff to ensure they are up to date with procedures and best practices.
- Ensure that all operations and interactions comply with company and local government rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service management, preferably in a claims contact center environment.
- A collaborative and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Someone who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- A strong communicator who is able to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
