**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Safran. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to various areas within the Shop related to engine and component issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support to internal areas, including Repairs, Inspection, Configuration, Procurement, and others
  • Create inquiry requests to OEMs (CFM, Collins, Boeing, etc.)
  • Develop instructions and reports for engine investigation
  • Monitor workscope increments and analyze causes
  • Challenge cases rejected by OEMs, providing well-sustained technical arguments
  • Analyze and propose instructions for rework

**Requirements:**

  • Management of aeronautical technical documentation (ESM, AMM, CMM, IPC, AD, SB, etc.)
  • Knowledge of aeronautical regulations (FAA, EASA, AFAC)
  • Knowledge of Aircraft Systems (desirable)
  • Blueprint interpretation, GD&T
  • Knowledge of basic inspection methods and equipment
