POSITION SUMMARY

The Lead Consultant plays a pivotal role in the execution of various project implementations, which vary in complexity. This position demands a high level of accuracy and the ability to devise solutions across different modules of Temenos Products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide expert guidance and insights on both functional and technical aspects to the project team.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the tools, systems, and procedures necessary for effective job performance.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of any case, issue, or concern.
  • Foster and uphold a positive and loyal relationship between Temenos and its clientele.
  • Contribute to one of the flagship products of Transact.
  • Analyze client organizations, processes, and workflows, and propose enhancements to maximize the benefits derived from TEMENOS products.
  • Validate all functional decisions made during projects to ensure optimal use of TEMENOS products.
  • Advise the Project Manager on best banking practices and alert them to potential issues that could adversely affect the client's business or conflict with legal standards.
  • Offer consultancy and support to clients and TEMENOS consultants regarding the implementation of TEMENOS products.
  • Identify and validate customization requirements for TEMENOS products based on agreed business definitions.
  • Collaborate with TEMENOS maintenance teams to ensure that identified product issues are comprehended and resolved.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Proven experience in finance or banking software consultancy.
  • Extensive experience in implementing banking products.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Strong understanding of development, deployment, and analysis processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of the TEMENOS Implementation Methodology is essential.
  • Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.) is necessary.
  • Familiarity with CLOUD – SaaS and Kubernetes is preferred.
