Position Summary:

We are in search of a proactive and strategic Marketing Consultant focused on Lead Generation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing targeted marketing strategies that align with our innovative service offerings. This position involves managing a variety of lead generation activities, such as webinars, events, and digital marketing campaigns, while utilizing thought leadership content to enhance outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with industry leaders to identify high-value opportunities and develop tailored marketing campaigns that incorporate both lead generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Execute lead generation initiatives through comprehensive planning and management of field marketing activities, including webinars, events, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Analyze buyer needs and the purchasing journey to effectively target potential clients.
  • Utilize data analytics to refine lead generation tactics for optimal performance and return on investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and industry influencers to amplify marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of email marketing campaigns that align with lead generation goals.
  • Work closely with the content team to leverage thought leadership materials in marketing strategies.
  • Provide insights on social media and content strategies to enhance lead generation campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of lead generation initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B technology services or SaaS, with a focus on lead generation.
  • Proven track record of meeting leads and pipeline objectives.
  • Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns that yield measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools and digital marketing channels.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and inform marketing decisions.
  • Experience in IT services and digital transformation from a marketing perspective.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
