About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico.

Job Summary:

This role will work closely with senior leaders in Finance and Marketing to provide key commercial insights, ensuring that end market growth activities contribute to financial success and effective resource allocation decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand strategies and initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and increase marketing spend effectiveness.
  • Serve as an extension of the Growth Management team, providing insights and recommendations to achieve RGM commercial plans.
  • Develop a robust portfolio strategy and customer/consumer pricing strategies to reflect changing requirements and competitive landscapes.
  • Leverage analytical tools to drive velocity and net revenue growth, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support revenue growth management and marketing spend effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in revenue growth management insights and analytics, business intelligence, pricing, promotion, sales analytics, marketing research, consumer insights, and/or category management.
  • Degree-educated ideally with a relevant professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA).
  • Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment.
  • Intercultural competencies from international professional experience or personal background.
  • Commercially focused with a consumer-centric approach.
  • Experience in leveraging platforms like Power BI, Tableau, etc., for generating actionable insights and foresights.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
