Job Summary

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Juriquilla Queretaro office. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and creating effective keyword strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize website content, headings, and internal linking structures to improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns, including writing copy, creating graphics, and producing videos.
  • Optimize website content to rank higher in search engine results, improving organic search visibility and driving traffic.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic to websites.
  • Handle social media accounts, create posts, manage interactions, and analyze performance across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics to track performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure strategies are current and effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and understanding of SEO best practices and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English is a must.
