Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Credit Administrator to join our team. As a Credit Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting senior-level accounting functions, including accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit, service operations, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record accounting transactions using software and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Panduit policies and procedures.
- Resolve transactional problems and concerns as they arise, communicating effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments to find solutions.
- Interpret data from accounting records, maintaining accurate compilations, analyses, and reporting, including reviews of credit limits.
- Communicate with clients and internal departments to clarify and resolve outstanding accounting-related issues, procedures, and policies.
Requirements
- High school degree and/or technical career, or university studies in a related field, plus experience in the area or its equivalent in years of experience.
- Preferred degree: Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business, such as finance, accounting, or business management.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting, A/R, A/P, or payroll, preferably in a shared services structure.
Certifications and Licenses
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Intermediate level of Excel.
Work Shift
Day shift (Mexico - Jalisco)
