Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist / Social Media Manager to oversee our client's social media presence, develop advertising strategies, and execute marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media and advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop and execute social media strategies: enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Supervise account management: content creation, post scheduling, and cohesive brand image.
- Track trends and engage with followers: timely and vigilant.
- Analyze metrics and optimize marketing strategies: in-depth analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team: coordinate and contribute to paid campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends: adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Experience: at least a year of relevant work experience as a Marketing Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Industry experience: Health sector or Non-Government Organization.
- Skills: highly creative, attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, logical and verbal reasoning skills, problem-solving and information-processing skills, ability to think outside the box, great work ethic, and interest in learning new concepts.
- Equipment: own work device (desktop or laptop) and stable internet connection.
Benefits:
- Paid vacation days: five days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- Annual raise: 5% guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- Breaks: 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
- Healthcare benefits: fully-paid after two months of full-time employment.
- Compensation: $4.00 - $7.50 per hour.
