About the Role

The Go To Market Analyst will play a crucial role in providing centralized market analytics and productivity assessments to drive business growth and efficiency at PepsiCo. This position will be responsible for delivering key insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a Cost-to-Serve Analysis framework to optimize business operations and reduce costs.
  • Provide regular customer segmentation updates to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Create and manage reporting tracks to measure productivity execution and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Route Engineering team to optimize routes and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze solution performance with Field Sales to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and develop Go To Market opportunities to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, analytics).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reporting or sales analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Intermediate English oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of PowerBI.
