About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategist to join our team at Gates Corporation. As a Pricing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing product pricing and profit strategies for assigned end markets and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record, track, and audit special pricing agreements
  • Conduct impact and profitability analysis for special pricing agreements
  • Develop strategic pricing and data analysis
  • Support additional pricing inquiries and tasks as needed
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Financial Analysis, Pricing, Business Analysis, Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or Billing
  • Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, within a multi-cultural setting
  • Organized, with ability to juggle multiple priorities and flexible to accommodate changing business needs and fixed deadlines
  • Aptitude for critical analysis and creative problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building collaborative relationships
  • Self-motivated, capable of seeking quality solutions and continuously focusing on process improvements
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer and PC skills, including Microsoft Excel
