Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Operations Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in service operations, leadership, and customer service, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead and manage a team of service operations professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement effective service operations strategies, improving efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Travel domestically and internationally, up to 50% of the time, to support service operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in service operations, leadership, and customer service.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience as a trainer preferred.
- Proficiency with computers, tablets, smartphones, etc. (Windows-based devices specifically).
- Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently.
