- Coordinate training for new staff members or refresh the skill sets of the editorial team, and maintain the content operations knowledge database.
- Proficient in reading, understanding, and writing in English.
- 3+ years of team management work experience.
- Experience in working with global stakeholders and clients.
- Ready to work in a 24/7 operation, including evening, night, and weekend shifts.
- Proven record of delivering quality results on time.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively both verbally and in written communication.
- Maintain composure and respond appropriately in stressful or crisis situations.
- Ability to effectively build consensus within the team and among disparate stakeholders.
- Capability to evaluate process performance within an organization and make recommendations for improvements.
