Job Summary

Schneider Electric Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Flow Controller - Planner Buyer to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, managing purchase orders, and ensuring seamless distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Optimization
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve service level objectives while minimizing inventory costs.
    • Analyze stock parameters and make data-driven decisions to optimize inventory levels.
  • Purchase Order Management
    • Manage the purchase order portfolio, including analysis of stock discrepancies and performance of adjustments.
    • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Distribution Planning
    • Run Distribution Requirement Planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
    • Define and update stock parameters to align with business objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Act as primary contact for suppliers, warehouse, and transportation/logistics teams.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Engineering.
  • Proven experience in supply chain optimization, inventory management, and purchase order management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SAP is a must (Purchasing, Production planning).
