As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for defining and updating supply and stock management parameters to ensure the quality and consistency of key data. Your expertise will be crucial in managing the continuous needs/resources balance for raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and update supply and stock management parameters, including ramp-up and ramp-down to achieve target service levels while reducing unhealthy stock and express costs.
* Ensure the quality and consistency of key data, including lead time, quantity, and stocking policy.
* Manage the continuous needs/resources balance for raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
* Manage customer needs coming from the CCC's through the Customer Claim Management Process.
* Manage the replenishment backlog, including creation and rescheduling of manufacturing and purchase orders.
* Measure and drive action plans for ISSR and S-OTD & U-OTD (External Supplier Service Rate).
* Manage the backorder portfolio, shortages, and take actions to ensure product availability.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Engineering.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to draw conclusions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision.
* Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to partner, influence, and communicate across the enterprise.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
