Senior Talent Strategist

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal utilization of our Creative & Experience team to meet business objectives. This involves developing and implementing strategic workforce planning initiatives, forecasting staffing needs, and optimizing resource allocation to drive operational efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with our short-term and long-term goals, fostering a data-driven approach to talent management.
- Conduct regular analysis of staffing needs based on current and projected workloads, industry trends, and growth prospects.
- Utilize data analytics and forecasting models to predict staffing requirements, identify trends, and enhance resource allocation.
- Collaborate with data analysts to gather and analyze relevant workforce data, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Work closely with department managers, HR, and other team members to understand requirements and staffing needs, promoting a unified approach to workforce planning.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a cohesive strategy for workforce optimization.
- Assess team capacities to ensure optimal utilization of resources and identify areas for improvement, driving a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to address skill gaps, upskilling opportunities, and escalate findings to leadership and senior team members.
- Establish goals related to workforce planning, adjusting strategies as needed to align with evolving business needs.
- Report on workforce metrics to leadership, highlighting areas for improvement, including talent risk management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in workforce planning, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
- Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, or a related role within an international digital marketing, advertising, or technology business.
- Experience using Salesforce and Certinia, or similar software platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools and models, with a strong understanding of data visualization techniques.
- The ability to collaborate across departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Familiarity with digital marketing processes and workflow, particularly in creative teams.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
