Satellite Teams is a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Strategic Growth Director to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to increase client base and achieve revenue objectives. This includes identifying business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and developing new business verticals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Employ data to identify business opportunities and build new business verticals.
- Manage both existing and new sales pipelines to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture partnerships.
- Identify trends and customer needs to build a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
- Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of Business development management or Territory Sales with B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, must have a consultative sales approach, and be a strong persuader and influencer.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, and results-oriented.
Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $33,000 per month, commensurate with experience. You will also have the opportunity to work on the road, expanding your professional network and expertise.
Language:
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory for this role.
