Job Title: Director of Sales, LATAM

Our Habitas is a global hospitality group that seeks to redefine the concept of traditional luxury in hotels. We are looking for a Director of Sales to lead our Sales team in Mexico & Chile.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue across all relevant segments, including consortia, leisure, and MICE.
  • Manage and lead a small team, ensuring strategies are in place to meet objectives and targets.
  • Provide local market knowledge to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with key teams to ensure effective working together to drive top-line revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, taking the lead on rate negotiations and account management activities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in a mid to senior sales role within the Mexican market.
  • An all-rounder with leisure, MICE, and social sales experience.
  • Passionate about hotel sales and goal-driven.
  • A strong team leader with analytical and methodical thinking.
  • Excellent relationship builder with a solution-focused approach.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English & Spanish.
