Overview
Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is in search of a proactive, analytical, and results-driven Senior Program Manager to oversee the Seller Experience initiatives across Latin America.

Role Summary
Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) provides logistics solutions to third-party sellers on our platform, both in Mexico and internationally. We manage the shipping of products for our partners and handle the supply chain logistics for customer returns.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, prioritizing, and executing new opportunities to enhance FBA growth and drive operational improvements.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the processes, tools, data, and teams involved in the FBA operations, both domestically and globally. Recognizing gaps and opportunities to initiate impactful projects based on thorough analysis.
  • Establishing performance management systems and tracking potential sellers interested in piloting new initiatives.
  • Regularly engaging with key stakeholders to review operational and business metrics, ensuring processes are in place to meet objectives.
  • Operating independently; managing forecasts and addressing escalations effectively.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with non-technical teams
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, data cleansing)
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement initiatives
  • Experience managing program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
