Product Sales Group Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Sales Group Leader to join our team at Citi.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our product sales efforts, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across our product portfolio
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Built strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and senior leaders
- Collaborate with external partners to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- 10+ years of experience in product sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing high-performing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the financial services industry
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
