At Citi, we're seeking a seasoned sales and service leader to spearhead our nomination product sales strategy. This pivotal role requires an individual with 15+ years of commercial banking experience, preferably in increasingly responsible positions.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate business degree, preferably accompanied by an advanced degree. Proven success in driving business results through effective sales management, team leadership, and complex client relationship growth is essential. Moreover, the successful candidate should possess a reputation for retaining, attracting, and developing talent.

This strategic role involves creating and executing initiatives that drive innovation, balance risk and reward, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The chosen professional will be accountable for managing a budget, meeting sales goals, and leading a high-performing team.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan for the nomination product, as well as providing exceptional support to businesses disbursing their payroll with Citi. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Leveraging expertise to structure deals that balance risk and reward
  • Serving as a strategic advisor to Relationship Managers and clients
  • Leading and managing a high-performing team, focusing on talent retention, attraction, and development
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies at all times
