Hospitality Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Sales Leader to join our team in CDMX. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving group bookings and revenue growth for Arbor Lodging. Your strategic leadership and exceptional communication skills will enable you to cultivate strong client relationships, implement effective sales strategies, and contribute to the overall success of our hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage local and national Business Travel accounts.
- Prepare and complete annual RFPs for corporate and consortia accounts, and period-end booking reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and group organizers.
- Maximize group sales revenue through effective pricing strategies and negotiation techniques.
- Act as a liaison between clients and hotel teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in group sales within the hospitality industry, with Marriott brand experience highly preferred.
- Knowledge of SalesPro.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel locally and nationally for business meetings and client presentations.
- Must be proficient in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including gas and grocery stipend, life, medical, and dental insurance, vacation bonus, and annual review with increase potential.
