Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at WCS. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing existing sales while expanding and growing the business within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development: Develop strong consultative relationships with customers throughout the region to sell combined services.
  2. Quote Management: Actively manage all quote opportunities in our system.
  3. Technical Support: Provide customers with technical support and solutions, including tooling and molded parts.
  4. Job Management: Manage the details of upcoming jobs to ensure that tools are ready to move through the process when they arrive at our facility.
  5. Communication: Accurately and timely disseminate information to stakeholders.
  6. Forecasting: Support accurate forecasting.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 3+ years in a technical sales/sales engineer role, preferably in the automotive tool/mold shop and/or injection molding industry.
  3. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office products.
  4. Language: Intermediate English, spoken and written.
  5. Travel: Ability to travel as needed.
