Job Title: People Development Manager

We're seeking a seasoned People Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be a strategic partner to our team leads, providing expert guidance on talent development, team engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement people development measures to drive business growth and employee satisfaction
  • Consult and coach team leads on talent development, team engagement, and retention strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create meaningful development plans and support employee growth
  • Accompany regular people development processes, including feedback and performance reviews, development talks, and exit interviews
  • Contribute to Emma's long-term success by maintaining a high density of exceptional talent within our organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management, pedagogics, social sciences, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional work experience in HR roles in a global environment or for a global company
  • Proven track record of conceptualizing and implementing people development measures
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, combined with a high level of engagement, drive, and self-confidence
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
