At Galderma, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our Esthetic Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and ensuring the sale of our esthetic products, creating relationships with clients, and executing sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Esthetic Business Unit to establish and execute the business strategy to achieve divisional goals.
  • Design, implement, and monitor plans to increase the efficiency of the Esthetic business.
  • Prepare reports on your function's results and explain deviations to the Business Unit Manager.
  • Propose initiatives to improve divisional results and communicate financial and personnel requirements to achieve expected results.
  • Apply commercial and marketing strategies with defined physicians by the Business Unit.
  • Monitor competitor behavior, market needs, and customer satisfaction to adapt commercial strategies.
  • Ensure that sales staff have the necessary preparation and training to commercialize Esthetic products and improve their approach to sales points.
  • Monitor the correct implementation of previously agreed commercial negotiations with physicians.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Intermediate English.
  • Minimum 3 years as a Medical Representative. Minimum 2 years as a District Manager/Sales Manager in the Pharmaceutical Industry and/or High-Specialty Medical Devices Industry, with at least 5 people under their supervision.
