Sales Development Regional Director

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Development Regional Director to lead our sales team in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a deep understanding of Commercial Card Business and financial acumen, you'll develop and strengthen relationships at decision-maker levels, leveraging your analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Commercial Card Business and financial markets
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level clients
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
