Job Summary
Sanmina is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technical customer support, answering phone calls, chats, and emails in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical customer support, answering phone calls, chats, and emails in English and Spanish.
- Analyze the content of the call or email to determine if an incident needs to be logged in a database and then dispatch it to the corresponding support group.
- Perform account administration for different tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Technician, Computer Applications, or equivalent.
- Experience in call center or customer service environments.
- Account administration experience is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and basic knowledge of printers, PC hardware, and software.
- Excellent communication skills and English proficiency (80% spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in delivering Level I support services such as password resets, system access administration.
- Problem troubleshooting and resolution, troubleshooting email browsers, etc.
- Exposure to Oracle database is a plus.
